    ii. Certified copies of relevant academic and professional certificates

4. Your application will be referred to the Council Members for their decision.

5. The approved application will be classified under the following categories of membership;
    

     i. Member or
     ii. Associate Member or
     iii. Student Member

6. You will be the status of your application by letter.
